About Us
SG Rawat & Co, Chartered Accountants, was established in the year 1993 by Mr. Gopal Rawat, Chartered Accountant. He, along with his team of young & energetic professionals through their unrelenting quest for excellence have established their presence in the professional field related to Accounting, Finance, and Audit.
During the last two and a half decades of its existence, it has grown into a multi-faceted medium-sized Chartered Accountancy firm with Six partners, offering a broad spectrum of services to its diverse clientele. The growth, is mainly attributable to our unwavering attention to the quality of service we have been able to offer and the emphasis that we have strived to put on the constant up-gradation of our core capabilities. We also owe our success to the reason that we have been able to build over a while, a well-knit team of highly competent professionals dedicated to offering the best of services to clients.

Mr. Gopal Rawat
He is a founder & senior partner of the firm who brings about almost three decades of wide-ranging experience in the rendition of Services and advice relating to Direct and Indirect Taxation issues, handling of appeals before Statutory authorities of Government, matters relating to registration and establishment of corporate entities, provision of advising on Secretarial compliance and meeting requirements of due diligence as per applicable Laws.
Mr. Soumen Ghosh
Soumen Ghosh is a member of (ICAI) since 2003. He has worked with professionally managed corporates in the capacity of a consultant and he is the managing partner of SG Rawat & Co. He has over 18 years of experience in all types of Direct and Indirect Taxation Services, handling of appeals, Company incorporation, and Secretarial compliance. He also possesses rich experience in IND AS and IFRS-related assignments.
Mr. Shanky Mangla
Shanky Mangla is a Managing Partner with the Delhi Branch of the firm. He is a Chartered Accountant by profession and an Associate Member of the ICAI since 2013. He has 8 years of experience in Statutory, Tax audits, and internal audits of many companies. His ability to understand the business environment coupled with his sound financial and accounting background has enabled him to specialize in conducting statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits of companies.
Mr. Sahil Goyal
Sahil Goyal is a Partner with our Delhi Branch of the Firm and a member of ICAI since 2015. He also possesses rich experience in Ind-AS and IFRS-related assignments. He has worked with the firm S.S. Kothari Mehta & Co. in Auditing & Taxation. On the other hand, he has also wide experience in bank audit, payroll processing, MIS reporting, ICFR reporting, process Division management, etc. He is DISA Qualified From the institute of Chartered Accountants of India & also possesses a degree in the concurrent audit.
Mr. Shivam Aeran
Shivam Aeran is a member of (ICAI) since 2015. He has worked with professionally managed corporates in a capacity of a consultant. He has over 6 years of experience in many Direct and Indirect Taxation Services, handling appeals, company incorporation, and secretarial compliance. He also holds a commerce degree from Pune University & FAFD Qualified From the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India & an expert in forensic accounting & Fraud Detection.
